Welcome to the Floras Lake Getaway My family built this home in 1979. For this reason, this place is very special to me. I spent the last few years completely renovating the rental units adding my personal touch and design ideas. I hope you will love it just as much as I do.

Floras Lake offers many attractions: kayaking, jet boats, stand-up-paddling and fishing are popular on this lake. Floras Lake is also a mecca for Windsurfing and Kiteboarding. There is a windsurfing school on the lake with lessons and equipment rentals as well as Stand-Up-Paddling. It is an ideal location for swimming, kayaking, and fishing. The lake is not the only attraction, as it is fed by a river which runs through a natural habitat ara, Kayakers have the opportunity to travel up into the river to view the birds as well as other wildlife. A short walk from the Boice Park (Boat Landing) is the beach. Take a walk on the beach to see the cliffs as they rise up north or take a turn into the woods for the Blacklock Point Trail. The nearest city is the small community of Langlois, which is about 10 minutes away and has a great little market, though Port Orford is just 20 minutes to the south, and the larger Bandon is a scenic 25-minute drive north.
