Their collaborative spirit and dedication to the industry led them to Ocean City, Maryland, where they assumed management of the Francis Scott Key Family Resort, a property owned by Annemarie's father. For three decades, the Dickersons' strategic vision and unwavering commitment fueled the resort's substantial growth and success, culminating in its sale in 2020. Following the passing of Jim's parents, the Dickersons embarked on a new venture, transforming the 70 year old family farm into a distinguished event venue. King Cole Farm.
