This absolutely stunning Texas home is just the spot for your next family or friend getaway. Up to 12 guests and one dog can sleep here, and everyone will love the location and incredible property. Lush green grass covers the property, and large trees provide ample shade for wonderful picnic dinners while listening to the Pedernales River flowing just a few feet away. The main hub of Fredericksburg is 10 miles away and offers wineries, historical sights, shops, cosmopolitan dining, and much more. Bursting with Texas charm, everyone will love gathering in the living room to catch up over a cold drink, watching movies on the large wall-mounted flatscreen TV (cable, Blu-ray DVD players, and WiFi included), and playing games across the round ottoman. The covered back patio is a great spot for dining al fresco on tasty home-cooked meals whipped up right in the gourmet kitchen. Not only are there granite countertops and stainless steel major appliances, but a dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffeemaker, and slow cooker are also provided for your convenience. Come nightfall, retreat to one of the three bedrooms - or two rollaway beds - to enjoy a good night's sleep. Take advantage of the plush king-size bed, or curl up on one of the three sets of twin bunk beds in the loft. Three spacious bathrooms are provided, as well as a washer and dryer. All 12 travelers will rest well here, and don't forget about your canine friend coming along for the fun, but please keep in mind that there is a nightly pet fee as well as a 25-pound weight limit. Please also be sure to keep your dog leashed at all times when outdoors. Take time to explore around the property. Dip your feet in the river, skip rocks, and more. And when it's time to venture further, head to downtown Fredericksburg to taste and tour at wineries like Grape Street on Main. Take a relaxing walk down Main Street to shop for the perfect souvenir and see beautiful historical buildings.
