Don't forget the Santa Barbara Zoo is a short stroll away! Built in 1911, this historic cottage has been impeccably restored honoring its vintage charm while including modern conveniences. Designed for living a relaxed seaside life, the property is filled with natural light and fresh air. The formal Living Room features plenty of seating and an attached sunroom for additional lounging options. The chandelier focused Dining Room leads into a fully renovated Kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The Bedrooms all offer stylish decor and the Primary Bedroom features a sunny reading nook. The property features a private indoor hot tub, exercise room, outdoor dining, and grill. PLEASE NOTE (COMMUNAL PROPERTY): The Property consists of The Sea Captain’s House and The Sea Captain's Loft located on the same property grounds. Both units are available through Paradise Retreats to rent together or separately.
