This family-friendly home is all about outdoor living with an enclosed backyard featuring a large lawn, a firepit surrounded by comfy Adirondack chairs, and a grilling area with a gas grill and an outdoor dining table with an umbrella to protect you from the sun. The front patio enjoys additional seating and an enclosed outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand after a memorable day at the beach. Inside, discover a welcoming living room boasting a smart TV with streaming and cable services, and comfy sofas throughout. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
