Stay in this unique space, designed & built by Chip & Joanna themselves. Popularized by appearing on Fixer Upper Season 3, The Shotgun House stands a block from the Silos & a few steps away from Baylor/Downtown Waco and has 800+ 5-star reviews on Airbnb. A sunny space with large windows & beautiful hardwood floors leads from the front door, past a full kitchen, to a luxury master bedroom & bath. This is paired with the unique loft & outdoor firepit with brick from the original 1920's house.
Waco is extremely special to us. My wife and I met at Baylor and have lived/traveled around the country but we chose to move back to Waco for a variety of reasons. One of those was to expand our real estate portfolio with unique stays in places we care about. We're active in the community, local church, and are happy to share our recommendations of our favorite things to do in town.
Located in the Silo District, steps away from Magnolia/The Silos. Downtown is just a few steps away, and Baylor is also walkable as well. Tons of restaurants/bars are within walking distance as well. The property has gated parking (including locks) for two cars (tandem) that guests can use.
