One outdoor area has a new outdoor lounge couch and propane fire pit that can be closed off to be a table and a ceiling fan to stay cool. You can lounge there while you cook up dinner on the propane grill that sits under the patio as well. The casita also has its own covered patio, patio dining set, and grill as well. The spacious three-bedroom, two-bath main house sleeps eight people comfortably in beds, one being a rollaway bed in the master bedroom closet. Another guest can fit on the couch if needed for a total of nine. The detached casita in the back has a queen bed and a queen pull-out sleeper sofa to accommodate a group of up to 13 which makes this house perfect for family trips or group getaways. Inside the kitchens, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans, and plates you need to cook dinner for your whole group from scratch! The living rooms are furnished with large flat-screen SmartTVs where you'll be able to pull up all of your favorite streaming apps like Netflix, Disney+, and HBO. Please note that there is construction underway on 14th Street, next to the home. Traffic patterns may be slow and construction equipment/noise may be present during the day.
