Company information

Jay and Pamela Piper are the Inn's new owners! They are both Colorado natives. Their first month as Innkeepers has been exciting and they are looking forward to many more months of greeting guests. They met one another in high school and have been together ever since. Jay was the President of a major home builder and Pam is an art teacher before entering the world of hospitality. Jay and Pam love hearing every guests' story and looks forward to personally meeting each of you over a delicious home-cooked breakfast.

Property information

The St. Mary's Inn, Bed and Breakfast is comprised of two buildings. The main Building which is approx 8,500 square feet and has eight bedrooms and a 500 square-foot executive suite located in the carriage house. The main Building was built in 1895 and is fully renovated. There is a fully-fenced private parking lot on site as well as street parking spaces. Enjoy the Patio with a for our guest's enjoyment. The privacy fence was completed in February 2017. Lots to enjoy with fond memories....

Neighbourhood information

The Inn was originally built in 1895. It is three blocks from Colorado College, the Colorado Springs Fine Art Museum, and the American Numismatic Museum. Our turn-of-the century neighborhood is wonderful for walking if you enjoy historic homes, a beautiful view of Pike's Peak, and excellent restaurants,
