Want to just take a ride? We provide several adult & kids bikes (and helmets) so you can ride around the neighborhood or even down to the beach. Heading to the beach? It’s about a 15 minute walk, or a 4 minute drive! Take the beach supplies with you! Home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. City noise ordinance is in place from 10 PM - 8 AM. Check-in & check-out are contactless. Check-in instructions will be sent 7 days before arrival with your door code.
Utilize the touch screen GuestView Guide for house information, local recommendations for attractions/restaurants/etc, check in/out, and contacting host for emergency requests. When booking, it is assumed you have read and agree to this agreement. You and your guests are bound to all terms and conditions listed in this rental agreement, as well as the property specific rules and regulations. **POOL: Guests may NOT, at any time, tamper with the pool equipment including adjusting temperature / spa settings. This is considered breaking house rules and can and will damage equipment. If a guest is found doing so at any time during their stay, this is grounds for immediate termination of the stay with no refund. Pool heater can only heat to 20 degrees F above ambient temperature. Pool is heated for free to 84, guests can pay an additional fee/day to have it heated to 87 (if weather permits this). 3 day minimum required. Pool is ONLY heated October 1 - April 30 and is not an option outside of these dates. In over 15,000 stays, only 3 times (at different houses) did we have issues with the pool heater functioning properly. Please note: while it is highly unlikely that there are issues with the heater, it is a possibility. Additionally, excessive rain causes pool chemicals to be knocked off balance. Pool & hot tubs MUST be serviced 1-2 times per week. Please do not be alarmed if pool & hot tub maintenance come by during your stay. By booking this home, you are acknowledging these statements.**
