The property is over 5 acres of private and secluded forest. As you come into the driveway you leave your worries behind and you enter a beautiful magical forest with trees, walkways and the home they call The Treehouse. Step onto the huge private deck and enjoy watching the local elk heard stop by for a rest.

This neighborhood is wonderful. Crystal River Ranch is a special place where people who enjoy the forest, the fresh air, hiking, mountain biking, skiing, sledding and snowmobiling all come to live. The trees are thick, the homes are far apart and wildlife abounds.
