Welcome to the Little Blue Bungalow, a lovingly maintained and recently renovated bungalow style home built in the early 1900s. With a convenient location in the heart of uptown Perrysburg, you’ll enjoy a short walk to the vibrant local shopping and dining of Louisiana Avenue. If You’re Staying, Check Out: the weekly summer farmers market, Fort Meigs, the Toledo Museum of Art, and the many beautiful metroparks and preserves. Walking Uptown? Stop by Stella’s, Swig, Zingos, Lupitas or 5th St Pub. The Space The home is located in the residential district of uptown Perrysburg. The first floor contains the living room, eat-in kitchen with dining area, and a south facing sun room. The well appointed and recently renovated kitchen includes a reverse osmosis water filtration system, Keurig style coffee maker, hot water kettle, griddle, Ninja air fryer and toaster, as well as a full set of pots and pans, baking sheets and kitchen utensils. All three bedrooms can be found on the second story, along with two of the three fully renovated bathrooms. The third finished bathroom is located in the basement, adjacent to the laundry area. Other things to note For guests traveling with children, our 3rd bedroom (full bed with pull-out twin trundle) will comfortably accommodate three, allowing the house to accommodate a total of 7 guests.
