Conveniently located on the south slope of Queen Anne bordering Belltown, this place is close to many Seattle attractions such as Space Needle / Seattle Center (8-min walk), Sculpture Park / Waterfront (5-min walk), Pike Place Market, Aquarium, and Downtown (5-min drive). There are many local restaurants and venues for dining and recreation around the area. The Queen Anne district is known for its various music and cultural festivals at the Seattle Center. The area is home to Climate Pledge Arena, Museum of Pop Culture, Seattle Opera and Pacific Northwest Ballet, plus other performing arts venues, and is also famous for its coffee shops. The condo is about 20-30 minute drive from the SeaTac Airport. With a walkability score of 96 you can walk to many of Seattle's most popular attractions including the Space Needle, Seattle Center, Pike Place Market, Aquarium, waterfront, Olympic Sculpture Park, Climate Pledge Arena just to name a few. The bus stop for #1, 2, 8 , 13, & D Line is conveniently right next to the front of our building. Buses run frequently and take 10-15 minutes to get to Downtown Seattle. Light Rail connects Downtown (nearest Westlake Station) to SeaTac Airport.
