Top of the hill third Street was recently renovated. It is 40 minutes from Sedona and within 15 minutes of everything in Camp Verde, including rivers, casinos, and hiking trails. It overlooks the Verde Valley you can see incoming and outgoing vehicles, and any type of UFO activity or flying lights.
I love being able to provide someone a discounted living space inside my own home where they get to enjoy everything. The Verde Valley has to offer.
Neighborhood has been around since the 1950s a lot of people in the area continue to use swamp coolers instead of traditional air-conditioning. We had some solar guys go through the neighborhood a couple years back when a lot of people got signed up. There’s a lot of history in the area go to the visitors information desk on Main Street.
