Adams is located at the base of Mt Greylock, the tallest peak in Southern New England. It is also the only inn in the Berkshires directly on the Aschuwillticook Bike path, one of the most beautiful ones anywhere. It is 11 miles long and passes through rivers, lakes and mountain vistas. Adams is quiet and not as touristy as Lenox and Stockbridge bit close to all the cultural and natural attractions. 8 minutes drive is Mass MoCA, the largest contemporary art museum in the country. Natural bridge and swim able lakes are also nearby. In the winter you can ski at Jimmy Peak and Mt Snow Vermont. We have a great restaurant within walking distance which was voted number one in the Berkshires. Friendly, quiet town with loads of New England charm.
