An Emerald Coast paradise awaits at thisTOPS'L Tides condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, Choctawhatchee Bay, and the sugar-white sands of Miramar Beach. This seventh-floor condo boasts a view of the Gulf and gorgeous sunsets each evening. Throughout the property, you'll enjoy access to three pools (one at the Tides building, one at the beach, and one at the TOPS'L Beach and Racquet Club Fitness Center), a hot tub, saunas, the fitness center itself, tennis courts, and a putt-putt course. You’ll also have exclusive access to the coveted Tides Pickleball courts. The bright, updated interior showcases a floor-to-ceiling wall of glass that frames the covered balcony and the Gulf beyond. The well-appointed kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances (with dishwasher), a two-person breakfast bar, and dining room table. An open living area offers ample seating and a cable TV. Each of the two bedrooms also has its own cable TV. Primary Enjoy direct balcony access and a private en suite bathroom. A second full bathroom is located by the front door. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. Things to Know No canopies or tents are allowed on TOPS'L Beach.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 7. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
