We are a group of nine 1-bedroom apartments inside a newly built thirty 1-bedroom apartment building (August, 2024). The nine units are designated as tourist homes licensed by the city of Richmond. It's off I-64 exit 193a, in a quiet and upcoming new development residential area. A short walk to the newly built Bon Secour Hospital Complex, it is less than 2 miles drive to the Richmond downtown area, home to many museums, events and conferences, and of course, popular restaurants and bars. 1. Smoke alarm Our security system company mandates a charge for on-site alarm monitoring and turn-off trip fees for triggering the in-unit smoke alarm for whatever reasons. Please make sure that you do not trigger the smoke alarm while cooking. There is no need for an excuse or an explanation - guests take responsibilities - a smoke alarm is heard throughout the entire building, which is not taken lightly. 2. No pets No pets are allowed - penalty is enforced. 3. Sign the unit supply list Please sign each supply list upon arrival. 4. Missing, damaged or stolen items When we prepare our units for you, we count all the movable items and display a copy of the unit inventory list inside the unit. We will apply for loss claims against guests immediately after guest check-out. We do not honor words like " I did not see there was a blanket in your unit..." when we did have a blanket in our unit. 5. Limited free supply of toiletries or consumable items The courtesy supply of toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, bottled water, pepper and salt, dish detergent, dish washer tablets, laundry machine tablets is for your convenience upon your arrival, free of charge. If you use up any of them during your stay, you need to prepare your own supply. Our pricing does not support the fact that it is a luxury lodging which includes free supply of those items.

It's an old neighborhood being transformed with new apartment buildings. It's quiet, Newly built Bon Secours Hospital Complex, near 25th Street are VCU medical building. Looks like a healthcare hub being evolved. If you go down south towards the lower numbered streets, you are heading downtown. There are so many restaurants and bars in trendy nearby city streets.
