The property is located on a quiet residential street, off the beaten path, on the second floor of a duplex.
This cute family getaway spot features the following:
• a completely renovated kitchen with brand new appliances and dining space for six
• the living room features brand new comfy couches and a wide screen tv
it is the perfect spot to spend time with the family just relaxing after the beach or playing a board game
• the first bedroom features a brand new king size bed
• the second bedroom features two brand new twin sized beds
each room has its own television
• the bathroom is a full bathroom and includes a tub which is perfect for bathing the little ones
• and in the hallway nook there is an apt sized combination washer and dryer suitable for light loads
Just off the kitchen there is a small private porch which provides a secluded outdoor space to enjoy a quiet LBI evening
Guests also have use of the backyard during their stay should they wish to grill a post beach burger. There is also a place to rinse off after the beach.
Pets will be considered with owner prior approval, completion of the Pet Addendum and payment of USD 150 Pet deposit and the non-refundable USD 150 pet fee.
