Find comfort in knowing that it is a 4 minute drive to the University of Tulsa, 6 mins to Cherry Street, 9 mins to downtown/BOK center, 10 mins to the airport or gathering place, and 2 mins to shopping for essentials. Don't worry, you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the sunroom or backyard deck area in this quiet neighborhood. This home has a spacious living space and comfortable beds.
