The home is located at the end of a short, dead end side street, therefore, it is void of dangerous traffic to ensure the safety of your children and pets. The neighbors are respectable, middle-class homeowners, who keep to themselves, yet are friendly. If you like, striking up a conversation with a friendly neighbor is your prerogative. It is a safe up and coming neighborhood conveniently located minutes from the beach and just about everything else. The driveway holds four cars, but since the home is on a dead-end street, there is parking for an additional three cars, and it is all under surveillance with clearly marked signs.
