University Home is well located, just blocks from the U of U campus, central to many hospitals, and about a mile from downtown Salt Lake, Temple Square and Museums, in the coveted Avenues of Salt Lake City with charming Victorian houses. Close to downtown and public transportation yet in a quiet residential neighborhood. Being fully furnished, University Home is great longer term housing for those attending or working at the University of Utah for a few months to several years.

University Home is located in a quiet neighborhood in the highly desirable Avenues, surrounded by lovely, historic Victorian homes. It is close to the University of Utah and downtown Salt Lake City. A great location for those working at the surrounding hospitals. The location is awesome, you are in a cool neighborhood right by the university campus that is also a very nice walk away from downtown and several good grocery stores. You can also get to some good trailheads on foot for hiking/mountain biking from the apartment. We have a small parking lot behind the fourplex. Free street parking is also available. Order an Uber or Lyft or walk up the block to the bus stop. If you love to walk, you can walk to the University of Utah campus.
