Welcome to Wander North Rentals! My husband Mark and I moved to beautiful Leelanau County in the summer of 2016 and we have been falling in love with it every day since. We are so lucky to live in a place surrounded by beautiful lakes, enchanting forests, and beaches that stretch for miles. The best part though, the community of local businesses offering food, drink, and many products all produced in Leelanau County. We cannot wait to share out little slice of heaven with you! Welcome to Midtown Modern! Enjoy a stylish experience in this newly renovated, centrally-located condo. You will find yourself steps from some of Traverse City's best restaurants and bars where you can start your day with locally roasted coffee and end the day with a stiff drink distilled just minutes from your doorstep. When you aren't partaking in local culture, the condo will serve as your home away from home and includes everything you need to make a meal or put your feet up and relax.

Downtown boardman lake condos surrounded by local businesses and residential homes. There is one dedicated parking spot for the unit. There are also open parking spaces at the end of the row that are first come first serve. They say no overnight parking, but you can park overnight if you are staying in the unit. There is also a parking garage, Old Town Parking Structure, one block west of the condo on Eight Street. The condo is walkable to most of downtown but you will want a vehicle if you plan to travel as public transportation is limited.
