Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this stylish, new home in the quaint and welcoming Church Hill neighborhood. Location, location! You will be across the street from two award winning restaurants and are in walking distance to parks, the river, coffee and boutique shops and more. This brand new home was carefully constructed to blend in easily with the historic neighborhood and features marble bathrooms, hardwood floors, vintage lights, granite countertops and a deck with firepit.
We both grew up in the suburbs of Richmond and now enjoy raising our two children in Church Hill. We both work downtown and love to offer suggestions on things to do and places to eat. We are avid runners and hikers as well. Please do not hesitate to reach out. -John and Logan
Located in charming, historic Churchill just minutes from downtown and VCU, and less than 15 to the airport. Unwind and relax with black out curtains and pillowtop mattresses, and work from home on our quiet street. Check out all the museums Richmond has to offer, as well as Maymont, the Lewis Ginter Botanical Gardens and the brewery scene. Getting around in your vehicle is easy and street parking is free. Uber and Lyft to various locations is easily available.
