We are Carlo and Jack, the owners of Villa Anita DV. We have been hosting for 6 years now, and continue to find joy in hosting travelers and serving them. We are artists, gardeners, cooks, and dog lovers, and our biggest passion is being creative on our property. During your stay, you will notice sculpture gardens, fruit trees, jewelry, outdoor sitting areas, interesting architecture, and more. It's all a part of the growing outdoor museum we call Villa Anita DV, named after Carlo's grandmother and sister, both called Anita.

Villa Anita DV is not just a place to stay. It is an overnight museum experience. Our rooms are ever-evolving art galleries full of antique and modern furniture, comfy seating, and fully heated and cooled interiors. Every single nook and cranny is a delight for the senses. Our property is home for us, our dogs, our lush gardens, and the amazing desert wildlife around us. During your stay here, you will be in complete communion with nature. *We are a sober, drug-free environment, and we ask you not to bring any heavy drugs onto our property and home. *We do not allow cooking in the rooms, and fires of any kind are prohibited. *Normal check-in is 3pm - 6pm. Additional charges may apply after 7pm.

Our property is located in Tecopa, CA on the Southeastern tip of Death Valley NP, so you have easy access to the park. We are located right on the edge of pure desert wilderness, so we have some of the best sunset and sunrise views around. There are also world-class mineral hot springs within a five minute drive from Villa Anita, and China Ranch Date Farm, an incredible oasis in the middle of a desert canyon is only ten minutes down the road.
