Modern luxury in a stylishly furnished and fully equipped holiday home with heated saltwater pool including jacuzzi at a canal crossing facing south for up to 6 people. You'll love the very spacious outdoor area with marble floor, pool area with jacuzzi and sunbathing area in the water. Sun loungers, lounge furniture, BBQ grill, pool toys and TV entertainment on 5 flat screens await you. In the large garage there is fitness equipment, bicycles, table tennis, billiards, darts and a complete set of equipment for excursions to the nearby dream beaches. The neighborhood is quiet, very friendly and invites you to take relaxing walks, various restaurants and shopping facilities are available in the immediate vicinity.
