Our life was always around the real estate We have always had to do with real estate: sale / rental of chalets in beautiful Switzerland, mediation of apartments and houses in the Krefeld, Meerbusch, Düsseldorf area or the construction of your dream home in Spain. Construction and rental of holiday villas in South Florida. At the time we have made annual holidays in different countries. From this also our current activity developed. Why ? Quite simply: We have all that in a company united, which was before a laborious search! Hours of searching in newspapers afterwards on the Internet, letter / call of the private landlords and companies, waiting for reply / catalogs, complicated paying on account abroad (is my money safe?). Arrival after a flight of several hours and my villa is on the spot and really as beautiful as on the pictures. Hopefully everything goes well? Who doesn't know these questions? And this is exactly where we come into play! We have been selling and renting holiday homes for over 35 years now and since 1996 we have been your service team in Florida for renting a holiday villa or an apartment.

As the name suggests, this vacation villa is located in the extremely popular Rosegarden area right at the end of a wide canal. From here you can enjoy a sweeping view over three canals. The outdoor area has been landscaped with numerous impressive palm trees, flowering tropical shrubs and evergreen plants.
