Build in 2006, renovated in 2010, and upgreded ever since the house is is a wonderful shape! We recently updated the lanai with high end travertine floor and also resurfaced the pool for the luxury feel...We do have HD TV and provide streaming services only, full BBQ and Kitchen equipment and a strong and sustainable References from recurring guests can be provided as well :-) Thank you!
Hi, It's Vera and Bernd! Our home base is the wonderful Palatinate area in Germany. Since a couple of years we enjoy the US and especially Cape Coral as well. Great Neighbourhood and very close to all the amenities you need...Restaurants, Shopping, Wellness, water parks, Grocery Stores and more...Neighborhood is very quiet for you relaxation! The lot to the right side of the property was also purchased by us to ensure even more privacy and to avoid construction :-) We are wishing you a wonderful time at Villa Tortuga!!
