Come and enjoy this cozy little hideaway right in the center of the Big Bear Village! Restaurants, Bars, Movie Theater, Bowling Alley, and even the lake, are just a few steps away! LIVING SPACE - Comfy 900+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, a convenient gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath. The upstairs first bedroom suite has a queen bed, TV, and deck. The second upstairs bedroom has double/twin bunk beds and a TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.  KITCHEN - Features a full kitchen with new stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more. AMENITIES - Board games and card games. TV's with cable and fast WiFi. Relax near the cozy gas fireplace or go for a walk in The Village. OUTDOORS - The Big Bear Village! Ideal for those that prefer a short walk to shopping and local restaurants. PARKING - 2 car driveway  Other things to note: Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 5 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
