Nestled in a sancutary of beautiful trees is your luxurious two bedroom, two bathroom, ground floor fully furnished villa. Your master suite has a king bed and spacious ensuite bathroom and the guest suite has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have large flat screen TV's and are comfortably appointed. Your kitchen is open and well-equipped if you want to cook or you can try the local cuisine at one of the many close-by restaurants on the island. Be sure to visit Historic Centre Street for shopping and dining. Enjoy your private screened-in lanai where you can relax with the peaceful view of the wooded preserve. The beach is a short walk or drive or you can spend your days lounging by the villa pool. No garage access. 1 parking space. Pets are not permitted. Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach is only 25 minutes from Jacksonville International Airport. Our Island is only 6 miles long and 3 miles wide so everything is considered nearby. We have parks, restaurants, shops, movie theatre and the historic downtown district. A short 10-15 minute drive off the Island will take you to a large assortment of popular shopping plazas and restaurants and more commercial areas.
