You will feel welcomed by the updated interior, with hardwood floors throughout and tons of natural light. There's a beautiful brick fireplace in the living room along with designer furniture, and a 55 inch smart TV and sound system that will make you feel at home. You can enjoy meals together in our large dining area, complete with a table that seats 8 comfortably. During your stay, the state-of-the-art kitchen with all new appliances, including an espresso/cappuccino maker, will make meals easy to prepare. There's even a breakfast nook for more dining space if you need it, or simply want to enjoy your coffee in a peaceful, sunny corner of the house. Inside every bedroom, you will find a 4k RokuTV and brand new designer mattresses (so comfortable!) and ceiling fans to make your rest deep and peaceful. Outside, you will find a gravel patio with a dining table, a gas grill, a large hammock, and a garage with a ping pong table and several chairs. A perfect arena for ping pong tournaments! In less than 10 minutes, you can walk to some of the best BBQ, shopping, dining, and bars in Memphis. Going downtown? The home is only a 10 minute drive or Uber to Beale Street. And The Liberty Bowl is only an 8 minute walk away!

Quiet and safe residential neighborhood. Easily walkable to several of the best bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping in the city. Driveway and street parking available. Plenty of sidewalks to explore the neighborhood on foot. Driving and ride sharing to all parts of the city are convenient, fast, and easy.
