Centrally located between Stevens Pass and the Bavarian-themed town of Leavenworth, you'll love having easy access to an enchanting variety of recreational and sightseeing attractions. Golfing, fishing, hiking, cross-country skiing, and snowmobile trails are just minutes away. Kick back in the hammock and enjoy the lake view, or take a quick dip with easy lake access nearby. Relax in the luxurious hot tub while admiring the majestic mountain skyline, or cozy up in the charming 950-square-foot chalet with its freestanding wood stove, granite counters, cathedral ceilings, and cherry wood-finished floors. End vacation days gathered around the firepit and watch the stars come out. Extra perks include a few TV's however, some require an Amazon Fire Stick or Streaming Media player that connects via HDMI, complimentary WiFi, a washer/dryer, board games, and a gas grill. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
