Brian Pilcher has owned this very special property since 2016 and lives here for 3 months of every year, from January through March! He spends the rest of the year living in Sonora, California and Burlington Vermont! He owns Vacation Hospitalitywhich is a luxury home manager who specializes in lavish vacation homes in extraordinary places.

Property info

The finest unit in Elua resort with private total views of Ulua Beach and to the western sunset. It was fully renovated only 3 years ago and built out with the finest furnishings. Two spacious bedrooms with king sized beds and a corner balcony that wraps around and is open to two sides of the living area and dining room. There is simply no place more well located or well furnished in Wailea. Ulua beach is a small private beach that is perfect for little kids and for swimming in calm waters but also is well known for incredible snorkeling.

Unit 1002 an ocean-front unit, located on the 2nd floor, with a corner wrap-around balcony that provides unobstructed 240 degree views of Ulua Beach and the pool.
