— HEATED POOL — The community pool is now HEATED! Not only can you relax on your screened-in back porch with direct views of the pool, but now you can enjoy swimming for even more of the year. The current heated schedule includes March, April, late October, November. Pool heating is managed by the neighborhood association and is subject to change. No refunds will be issued if the pool does not reach a specific temperature or becomes temporarily unavailable. — Designed for Your Convenience and Comfort — Your stay includes access to our personal 6 beach cruisers, perfect for a scenic ride to nearby Rosemary Beach or a leisurely stroll to the closest beach. A separate usage agreement will be sent prior to check in. — Ready for Families — The inclusion of a Pack & Play, high-chair, and stroller ensures even the youngest guests are comfortably accommodated, making your home ideal for families. — Pet Policy — You are welcome to bring your non-shedding dogs on vacation for an extra fee, but they must be approved at the time of booking. Cats are not allowed.
