Just 3 blocks from the beach, you have found vacation paradise in this newly renovated from top to bottom beach house! The unbeatable central location means your can hop on your bike in the garage and hit the beach. You will LOVE the brand new resort style all private fenced yard with heated pool, grill, and many relaxing places to sit and relax!

5 min. bike ride / 2 min. drive - Just 3 blocks away from the beach 3-5 min. drive - Mercato Plaza (Whole Foods, Silverspot Cinema, Shopping, Dining & entertainments options) 10-12 min. drive - Downtown Naples (5th Ave S & 3rd St), Naples Zoo, Coastland Center Plaza and so much more! We provide 2 bicycles in the garage with locks and helmets if you would like to bike to the beach or tour the neighborhood. We recommend having a rental vehicle or utilizing Uber/Taxi services for exploring the Naples area as the public transit options are very limited.
