Come enjoy! This listing provides access to 3 individual adjacent properties to be rented under one booking. The rental includes a House (3BR/2BA), a Cottage (1BR/1BA w/Loft), and a Cabin (2BR/1BA). All 3 properties are fully fenced in and included rear access between the properties. Each place included a Game/Rec Shed (Couch, foosball, arcade, yard games, beach chairs, and lake floats), Gas Grill, and an outdoor patio area w/ a Chimenea. *Please note cancellations will not be refunded Stripe processing Fees* **No RWD vehicles in winter months due to small hill on entrance to street and no alternative parking. Road/Driveway/Sidewalk snow does get plowed and maintained if over 3" but timing depends on storms. AWD/4WD is required in winter months if attending during snowstorms, there is no parking anywhere besides the house to leave a vehicle if you can not make it up the street, it will be towed as all private property. No refunds will be given if you can not make it to the property because of a vehicle. **

There is no lake access with the property. You must use the public beach or public Launch (5 minute Drive).
