Tucked away in one of Southampton's most idyllic and peaceful beach communities is this charming 3-bedroom cottage with 4 full baths. Enjoy the magnificent westerly facing water views from nearly every room with private dock. A first floor guest bedroom and bath with two additional bedroom suites upstairs. The master suite has a balcony overlooking the yard and harbor. Private dock offers the use of a kayak and canoe. At the end of the street you will find one of the areas most beautiful public bay beaches.
My wife, Eleanor, and I bought this house because we love the water views, peacefulness of nature and access to the beach. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
The house is nestled in the Towd Point beach community and is just a short walk, bike, canoe paddle to the beach. The beach is on the bay-side of the Hamptons and its warm & calm waters is perfect for families.
