Rosangely is originally from Puerto Rico and Ramon has lived in Texas all of his life. Work brought them together in 2005 and since, they have been doing life and business together. Rosangely is a licensed Realtor and Ramon a talented craftsman, builder and developer. Both fell in love with the area because of their shared passion to be in the great outdoors. Currently they strive to provide guests with excellent accommodations that will allow them experience the area as they have in it's true raw form. SUNRISE ON MAG - Beach House is a renovated Waterfront home with spectacular views of Sunrises, Sunsets, Wildlife and Ships passing through. The home is conveniently located on the main beach road giving guests front row seat to view community parades and firework displays during Holidays. It is the best destination to have fun fishing, prepare meals, enjoy movie nights streaming with fiber internet and have a great night sleep on the super comfortable beds.

The beauty of Magnolia Beach ("Mag" called by locals) is to enjoy the outdoors. It has incredible viewings of wildlife with more than 400 species of birds identified in the area. It is a great destination to fish, kayak, cycling along the coast line or simply beachcombing. Sunrise and Sunsets are spectacular. This is a true disconnect type of place, even though is ideal for fishing, hunting, boating, kayaking, biking, birding you will need to bring your gear as there are no commercial places to rent this equipment from. Sunrise on Mag - Beach House has plenty of parking for vehicles and boat trailers. The home is walking distance to the Public pier, 1 mile to the crabbing bridge and about 1 mile to the Public boat ramp. Bring food to prepare, kitchen is well equipped and restaurants are 20-30 minutes away. Bring water shoes to walk on the beach since the beach has tiny shells for sand. The property has surveillance cameras outdoors that has views to entrance point, street and parking area.
