Escape to this stunning riverfront home just 35 miles south of Pittsburgh. Perfect for family retreats, bachelor and bachelorette parties, or a weekend getaway with your best friends. The home features two fully-equipped kitchens, ideal for preparing meals and entertaining large groups, plus an outdoor kitchen perfect for grilling and enjoying riverside dining. Dive into luxury with a private pool, where you can enjoy sunny days by the water with beautiful views of the river. This charming 2.5-story home offers spacious living and beautiful views at every turn. The main living area and 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths as well as a full kitchen are located on the second floor, while the loft area (3rd floor) provides additional sleeping space for up to six guests. On the first floor, you’ll find a full bathroom and a second fully-equipped kitchen that opens directly to the patio and pool area. The outdoor space features a BBQ grill and an outdoor kitchen, perfect for entertaining. The large yard extends all the way to the river and dock, providing the ultimate riverside retreat. There is boat ramp access directly adjacent to the property.
Roscoe is a quaint town with a population of 700. There are no traffic lights and the only store in town is a Dollar General. The people are friendly and the home is a retreat from the everyday hustle and bustle of life. Drive 15 minutes to the north and you will find grocery stores and other shopping outlets. Drive 35minutes to the south and you are in Pittsburgh.
