This 4bd/2ba home is located on a 1/2 an acre with stunning views of Pikes Peak! Enjoy cooking in the updated kitchen with beautiful mountain views. Unwind in front of the large screen TV in the family room, or take a zoom meeting from the designated workspace. Outside you will find a cozy circle of outdoor seating, the perfect spot for your morning coffee or mid-day snack and the back gate leads you right to Mesa Valley trail! Traveling with kids? They will love our newly constructed playhouse! In addition to the outstanding views of Pikes Peak, you will also likely get a glimpse of Colorado wildlife while enjoying the spacious yard. Majestic wild deer and adorable rabbits make frequent visits to the space. There is a private driveway where you will have plenty of room to park at least two vehicles as well.

Located on a quiet, residential cul-de-sac, the back of the home is nestled up against an open area with unobstructed views.
