Located in the beautiful NW Crossing area, this home is a short walk or ride to just about anywhere in Bend. Relax with the whole family in this family friendly neighborhood. Situated righ on the West Bend Trail you can literaly ride your bike out of the garage onto the trails. Phil's trail is a short 10 -15 minute ride from the garage. If it's skiing that brings you to Bend you can cut through Tetherow bybassing much of the in town traffic and be in the Mt. Bachelor Parking Lot in 20 minutes.
We enjoy all of he outdoor activities Bend has to offer. The best thing about this home is that you are literally on the West Bend Trail and you can be in the MT. Bachelor parking lot in as little as 18 minutes. We love sharing our home with like minded individuals who enjoy the great outdoors.
Located just a 4 minute walk from NW Crossing this is one of just a few properties in this highly sought after neighborhood. You can also easily walk or ride to Galveston and Downtown in just minutes.
