Noah's Ark waterpark is a 5 minute (1/4 mile) walk so you can avoid paying for parking there and comfortably return to your own condo for lunch mid-day. Lighthouse Cove is comprised of few rentals and mostly owner residents so the neighborhood tends to be quieter than some of the others that are primarily renters. You can park right outside the front door and walk in using a small flight of stairs or you can park in the back to avoid stairs all together.
