Inside, warm up and relax in front of the living area's wood-burning fireplace. Steps from here, the well-appointed, full kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a coffee station, and marble countertops. No modern convenience goes unnoticed as you and your guests will also enjoy access to a shared washer/dryer, partial air-conditioning, a streaming-capable TV (using your own accounts), and an EV charger. This unit is part of a small duplex and is located on the first floor the lower unit. You will share the main entrance with additional guests but will have a private entrance to your unit. The other unit is located above. Please note that you may hear noise from guests staying in the unit above Outside, the covered balcony is best enjoyed by hosting barbecues and alfresco dining. Things to Know This unit is located downstairs in a duplex, with another unit above it. You will potentially hear other guests' movements from above.

Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
