Conveniently located close to the beach, shops, restaurants, miniature golf and everything else of interest in Surf City. No smoking and no pets permitted. Tenant responsible for filling propane for gas grill. USD 400 cleaning fee shall be withheld from Security Deposit if, prior to departure, the Guest does NOT: Wipe down Toilets, seat, underside of seat and rim Wipe Down Kitchen and Bathroom Countertops Sweep kitchen and bathroom floors "broom clean" Ample cleaning supplies and tools are provided by owner for such purpose. Please note, all guests must agree/complete a Rental Agreement within 48hrs of reservation being made. Final confirmation of the booking is made upon completing the rental agreement and final owner approval. Unless otherwise stated rentals are one week minimum and typically Saturday to Saturday. NO PETS, NO PROMS. NO WEDDINGS.
