If you've always wanted to visit Kentucky and experience all that Louisville has to offer this is the house for you. Located across the street from historic Churchill Downs -- when I say walking distance, I mean it! You will not have any transportation hassles getting to all of your Kentucky Derby events to worry about here!
My husband and I both grew up in Louisville. We think it is a great city and were so glad you chose to visit! If you need a recommendation on anything just reach out! All of our homes are located in safe established areas and in close proximity to hospitals, shopping, restaurants and many other local attractions. They have all been renovated and furnished within the last year. We work full time as real estate investors, and I am a real estate agent so taking great care of our properties and residents is top priority.
This property is in a prime location for getting around the city!! Within walking distance to Historic Churchill Downs. Your tour of the city can start there and many other attractions are just a short drive away! Within minutes you can be at the Kentucky Expo Center, YUM Center, countless restaurants, Downtown Louisville and so much more!
