The living space boasts attractive tile floors and access to the front patio, where you'll find a pair of wagon-wheel chairs, a spacious, grassy yard, and beautiful views of the native pines, perfect for enjoying with your first cup of morning coffee. There's plenty of space for the little ones to romp around, plus a picnic table for alfresco meals. Challenge someone to a round of board games at the dining table, then clear everything away to serve a delicious meal prepared in the full kitchen - you'll have everything you need to cook something extraordinary during your stay. This home is within walking distance of the Tuolumne River, where you can enjoy swimming and fishing, and a short drive from Groveland en route to Yosemite National Park. THINGS TO KNOW Cell phone service is spotty around the home. The WiFi is consistent, however. Due to the owner of the home having severely extreme allergies to dogs, no dogs/pets are allowed in this home unless the animal is certified through the ADA. Please be transparent when booking home if you do indeed have a certified service animal as to allow us to properly clean after departure. This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
