Welcome to your Home away from Home! I have created a COZY Large 1 bedroom studio apartment with a bit of Bahamian vibe. The studio apartment has a large bedroom with a queen size bed, big closet and dresser drawer to place your belongings. It has an AC in the bedroom to keep you cool during these hot months. You also have a full size kitchen with a stove, microwave, and refrigerator. There's a small TV in the Kitchen area. There is also a small dining table in the foyer and a washer and dryer for your use. The neighborhood is quiet, with working class people who appreciate and take care of their homes. I have lived in the home for the past 17 years and I have seen it transition. The apartment has a Bohemian Vibe as it was decorated to give you an Island appeal. I myself have lived in the apartment your staying in so that I get the full experience. I absolutely I trust that you will enjoy your stay as i have. The house is located in the Northeast Section of the Bronx, off of Eastchester Road, near the Coop City Section of the Bronx. The neighborhood is quiet and filled with working class people who take care of their homes. Bay plaza shopping mall is nearby for your shopping pleasure. It also has many new restaurants in the mall like Bedstuy Fish Fry, Chiick Fila and a new Japanese restaurant that just opened up in 2025. City Island is a landmark that you might want to visit if you love seafood. It is literally a 10 minute drive away!
