This property is special because it’s all new renovation. Everything in the house is new. It is also a very safe and quiet community. It is a very cuddled and cozy Cottage. I think you love the layout of it. The bedroom is warm and comfortable. The living room is quite spacious with a sofa bed that turns into a queen bed also has a room table that you can sit up to six people cozy corner. The cooking area is also very friendly and very easy to access to everything. dishwasher stove fridge, all good limit to access. Overall, the house is cozy, including the second bedroom with a bunkbed for children or adolescence. In the backyard, there’s a beautiful pond, quiet serenity area to sit and relax. I often put a couple of chairs back there and just have my coffee and just look at the water fountain nature and enjoy the beautiful view.. This neighborhood is very safe in quiet and peaceful. It is walking distance to many shops, stores, coffee, shops, grocery stores, including Aldi dollar tree Victoria Market, which is a Brazilian market great foods from Brazil many other stores walking distance in many of the restaurants. The pool is just a few homes from the house a great area to relax there’s two hot tubs, plenty of chairs and tables to enjoy a snack or have lunch near the pool There’s a lot of games for the whole family right across from the pool and by the pool as you drive up there will be on your right.
