This charming guest house is located in the heart of historic Old Colorado, within walking distance of downtown, Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods State Park and Red Rock Canyon, steps from numerous hiking trails, beautiful local art galleries, nightlife and seasonal farming. OCC Market in Bancroft Park. We have tried to create an atmosphere of homely tranquility that includes everyday comfort and all the necessary amenities to feel warm, simple and at home. To do this, we have equipped the kitchen with everything you need so that you can prepare your favorite dishes and fully feed your family. Or you can stroll around the block and enjoy the many great restaurants in Old Colorado. In the living room, you can sit with the whole family on two comfortable sofas around a large table to cozy up and watch your favorite movies on Netflix. A modern smart TV can also be used to browse the web when connected to high-speed Internet via Wi-Fi. (Please note that the TV is only available online, there are no TV channels.) A fully equipped bathroom with all the necessary amenities will allow you to take care of yourself in the comfort of home. The king size bed, bedding and bedroom decor will quickly put you at ease. The closet and chest of drawers should provide you with ample storage space during your stay. A special feature of the house is a large balcony with chairs and tables, where you can drink your morning coffee, greet the sun, or sit comfortably in the evening and watch the sleepy sun hide behind the mountains. On the other side, another surprise awaits you - a large, enclosed and cozy courtyard where children can play while you sunbathe in a chair. In the evening, you can dine together at a comfortable table and enjoy the cool, fresh Colorado mountain air. We hope you will feel comfortable in this simple home environment
