FEATURES OF YOUR PERSONAL RESORT: Our large and luxurious three-story holiday residence and boating home is the perfect place where you and your loved ones can get away and unwind together. We also have a fitness center, private tennis court, bicycles, boat dock, beach equipment, outdoor grilling along with a beautiful outdoor pool and spa you can enjoy! In minutes, you can boat, kayak, or paddleboard to Big Pass or Sarasota Bay to enjoy the open water or one of many nearby sandbars.
We are a local and family-owned business and will be here if you need anything. I will provide you with my cell phone number and can be reached via text, phone or email.
On-site parking with an enclosed garage. Bicycles are provided for your ventures to the beach or village. This area is awesome for boating, kayaking and paddle boarding! You are literally 5 minutes away from the Pass to the Gulf and Sarasota Bay. The water is very clear, and the canal is great for access. We have 2 paddle boards and 4 adult and 4 kid size kayaks free to use.
