This house is super close to the Falls, with only 10-15 mins walking distance. We recently updated the majority of the house, with some items pending upgrades during winter due to material shortage (i.e. windows). The TV comes with HBO. Our neighborhood is safe and neighbors are super nice, but you'll see some run down houses close by, which is common in the city of Niagara Falls. Our neighborhood is safe and neighbors are super nice, some of them are homeowners who have lived here their entire life, and we look after each other. They know that when I'm away I'll share my house with guests, and they'll greet you if they have a chance. But you'll see some run down houses close by, especially on 7th street, which is common in the city of Niagara Falls. This house is located between Pine Ave and Walnut Ave, and you'll find lots of places to eat on these two streets. With that said, you may still find it very different from the more economically developed areas, especially it was hit hard by COVID and is slowly recovering. Please make sure you're comfortable with it before you book. In addition, the city is in the process of putting in new roads, so you may find some roads rough. Thank you!
