The neighborhood is known to be our "candombe" place, where you can find people playing drums during all January, (because they are preparing themselves for the summer contest so call “llamadas”), and every week the rest of the year. A big patio at the entrance, high skylights make the house sunny and fresh. A 100 sqmts terrace offers a nice place to relax and enjoy the view. The rooms are very spacious, also with high ceilings, big wardroves , comfortable beds. We have high- speed Internet and WiFi in all around the house. I´ve been renting temporary apartments and rooms for the last 15 years. I know exactly what the guests need, and what makes them uncomfortable. The neighborhood is Palermo barrio, but too close to our main Avenue "18 de Julio", also only three blocks distant from our "Rambla", or coast side. You can find all kind of stores, just around the corner, also very easy to find transportation by bus to any part of the city, next to "Bus Hub", where you can take buses to any part of Uruguay and also Argentina & Brasil.
